1. Definitions

zxwin reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed. Any winnings generated during a period of ineligibility are void and will not be paid out.

4. Account Registration

To access the full features of the zxwin platform, including making deposits, placing wagers, and withdrawing funds, you must complete the registration process and create a single account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) account on zxwin at any time. The opening of duplicate accounts, whether intentional or otherwise, is a material breach of these terms. If zxwin identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — identified through shared personal details, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or other means — zxwin reserves the right to close all related accounts, void all associated balances and winnings, and permanently bar the individual from re-registering.

You must not register using false, fictitious, or borrowed identity information. Any account found to have been registered using inaccurate or fraudulent information will be immediately suspended. zxwin may require you to submit KYC documentation at any point during the registration process or thereafter. 5. Account Security

6. Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the zxwin platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). zxwin does not accept deposits in any other currency. Deposits made in a foreign currency through international payment methods may be subject to conversion fees applied by the payment provider, which are outside zxwin's control.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by zxwin, though individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, Mastercard) may apply their own transaction limits.

Deposits are credited to your zxwin account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. zxwin is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing infrastructure, network outages, or bank system maintenance windows.

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, pooled accounts, or accounts in a name other than your registered zxwin account name are not permitted and may trigger an AML review. zxwin reserves the right to return deposits to their source and to withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any such review.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are from a legitimate source and are not connected to any criminal activity. zxwin is legally required to conduct AML checks on all accounts and reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit or withdrawal at its absolute discretion.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on zxwin are processed within 1 to 4 hours during normal operating conditions, subject to the completion of KYC verification and any applicable AML review. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum withdrawal amount per transaction, though large withdrawal requests may be subject to enhanced verification procedures and may be processed in multiple instalments at zxwin's discretion.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players who have not completed KYC verification will have their withdrawal requests held pending submission and approval of the required documents. 8. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on the individual promotion page, which must be read in conjunction with this general section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

General bonus terms applicable across all zxwin promotions include:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the promotion page.
• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money.

9. Game Rules & Betting

Any malfunction of game software or the platform infrastructure voids all affected plays and associated wagers. In the event of a technical fault during a game session, the amount wagered on the affected round will be refunded to your account balance. zxwin is not liable for any losses arising from system downtime, network interruptions, or software malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zxwin platform. Any player found to be engaged in any of the following will have their account immediately suspended, all balances and winnings voided, and may be subject to reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account with or without their knowledge.
